The Brokenback Vineyard, Pokolbin, was planted in the 1970's by a visionary group led by the late, legendary, Len Evans, AO, OBE. Over the ensuing years the vines have produced premium wines under a variety of labels. In 2008 the vineyard then in two parts, was purchased privately and amalgamated.

Our Shiraz Rose is made from grapes grown on our Brokenback Vineyard.

With minimal skin contact the wine is a light, fresh and fruity style showing sweet cherry and strawberry characters. The vibrant alate has good length of delicate fruit flavours with a touch of spice and crisp acidity. Best served chilled.

Our Brokenback Verdelho displays lifted tropical fruit aromas and flavours balanced by refreshing citrus acidity. This generous wine is full flavoured with a touch of spice creating a long and complex palate.
