Appearance: Deep red/purple in colour with a vibrant crimson hue.

 Bouquet: An intense bouquet of plum and spice with supporting oak.

 Palate: This 2017 Hunter Valley Shiraz displays layers of dark berry fruit flavours with a touch of spice and a fine, silky tannin structure. T he well integrated French oak leaves the palate full yet soft with great complexity and length.

 Cellaring: Careful cellaring up to 10 years and beyond will be rewarded.

Appearance: medium salmon pink.

Notes: Watermelon, kumquat, musk and strawberry notes. Refreshing enough, with a billow of refreshing acidity towing it long.
