Palate: This Hunter Valley Shiraz displays a lovely fruit rich palate complexed with peppery and spicy notes. The polished tannins are ripe and supple. Combine this with quality French oak barrel maturation and the wine delivers a generous, well structured and sophisticated mouth feel with great length of flavour.
Cellaring: Careful cellaring up to 10 years and beyond will be rewarded.

Palate: This 2017 Hunter Valley Shiraz displays layers of dark berry fruit flavours with a touch of spice and a fine, silky tannin structure. T he well integrated French oak leaves the palate full yet soft with great complexity and length.

Palate: The La Perouse is a French style red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon approx. 60% and Merlot approx. 40%. These two grape varieties are grown on our own Certified Organic Vineyard located in the Central Ranges of NSW.
The wine displays a delightfully rounded palate offering a generous mix of red and blue fruits balanced by fine, silky tannins. With 12 months of gentle French oak maturation the palate is well structure, complexity and long.

Palate: The Balmain is a modern Australian blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. These three grape varieties are grown on our own Certified Organic Vineyard located in the Central Ranges of NSW. The wine is rich and velvety, displaying bright red fruit flavours with lovely supple tannins to provide a fresh and long palate. The French oak characters gently sitting in the background adding complexity and length to the soft and rounded finish. Medium to full bodied.
