Palate: A very elegant wine displaying melon and grapefruit flavours balanced by fresh acidity. The subtle and well-integrated French oak barrel fermentation creates a complex and refined palate with a creamy texture and a lingering finish.
Bouquet: Subtle melon and peach fruit aromas with a hint of toasty oak.
Palate: This wine has been fermented in 100% French Oak Hogshead barrels and matured on yeast lees with occasional stirring. The resultant wine displays lovely complexity of both fruit and oak with elegant peach flavours being complimented by a soft and creamy finish.
Cellaring: Drinking well now or will develop very rewarding toasty, nutty characters with careful medium-term cellaring, 2-5 years.
